Things to know when buying a kitten / Noble Brits Cattery . Modesto

We sell kittens as a PET ONLY (not for breeding, but you are welcome to SHOW).

Kitten(s) will be ready to go to their new home at the age of 3-4 months (12-16 weeks).

There is a $500 non-refundable deposit when you decide to reserve a kitten. (More details in the contract).

The kitten(s) should me spayed/neutered by the purchaser by the age of 6-7 months.

The Pedigree will be given after a proof of spay/neuter is provided to the seller. Proof may be a statement or receipt from your veterinarian or clinic that did the surgery.

Kittens that we sell are vaccinated against Panleukopenia Virus (FPV) /Feline Herpesvirus-1 and Feline Calicivirus (FHV-1/FCV), 1st round.

If purchaser can’t pick up the kitten, he/she is responsible for all shipping costs and expenses.

Purchaser is responsible to treat kitten(s) as new members of their family, providing good care and high quality food such as Acana, Orijen or Royal Canin.
